dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó mediante el método de estudio de caso, con el objetivo de crear un taller de capacitación en inteligencia emocional que mejore el estilo de liderazgo de una pequeña empresa textil de la ciudad de La Paz. Los participantes de esta investigación son los gerentes general y administrativo, quienes tienen a su cargo a 8 personas que producen y comercializan prendas de vestir para varones y mujeres. Se realizaron pruebas con dos instrumentos (Coeficiente emocional y estilo de liderazgo LEAD) antes y después de la realización del taller para evaluar su efectividad, ayudando a los participantes a mejorar su estilo de liderazgo y, en consecuencia, su gestión dentro de la empresa.
